Pedro came in only an hour after we talked over the phone and was able to diagnose the problem fairly quickly. He explained to me what was wrong and was patient the whole way through, despite a few inconveniences that were outside of our control. Pedro is professional and amicable. He is a hard worker, clean, quick and efficient. I will definitely use him again in the future. He also was able to perform a tune-up and make some recommendations for further maintenance/improvement. I am very satisfied with the service. I also picked Pedro because of the reviews I came across on this site. They are here for a reason!
